FuelMe43 LB Works 50th limited Aventador
In 2017, Mr. Kato, the president of Liberty Walk, launched the Aventador 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Kit with the highest-ranking sub-brand LB Works in order to commemorate his 50th birthday. 30 quotas was sold in Japan and 20 quotas was sold overseas.
This car is from Ho Chi Minh, who is from Vietnam, with a limited code of 50 / 02. Although this car is product No. 2, it’s the first one finished in the overseas version. Because the owners like lizards, they have made many different versions in personal customization. It is a full demonstration to the characteristics of lizards shown on this car.
The metallic gray version, operated by AK produce HCM, was redesigned by wrapstyle Vietnam HCM because the blue color of the original factory could not meet the demands of the owners. As you can see, the silver gray protective film is like the armor.
The 50th anniversary version of Aventador is wider and longer than the earlier version. Complex aerodynamic suites and suspender tail overturn the earlier design. So we don’t plan to modify the original version of LB Works Aventador this time, but to redraw the 3D model.
The 50 / 02 “metallic gray” version of body stickers has been fully restored according to the real vehicle test. This car is different from the previous version. The actual car uses a lot of carbon fiber in the selection of air kit materials. In addition to the front cover itself, the front lip, air knife, tail, side skirt and rear spoiler are all made of carbon fiber materials, which adds us a lot of difficulties in model restoration, but you can see the final visual effect through the photos.
We add flash powder in the carbon fiber texture to restore the solid feel inside the car carbon fiber. We use varnish mask technology to protect the paint and water stickers as well as to obscure the visual effect of the texture of the water sticker boundary to make sure there is no concave and convex feeling.
The metal gray of the real car paint surface is finished in the form of film, but we can’t use the form of film on the model. Because of the thickness of the film material, we still use the paint on the color reduction, and the final effect is satisfied.
The front bars logo is grooved according to the actual vehicle position. The metal car logo with a very three-dimensional feel can fall perfectly. The car lamp is preceed with etching process. The small beads are clearly visible. At the same time, the transparent part dropping glue technology is specially used on the main lamp head to make it more textural.
Wind knives and air ducts on both sides of the front of the car are a big problem in model restoration, because they are extremely small and thin, so they are easy to be damaged in the process of replicating the model. In order to be loyal to restoring the true car, FuelMe seeks the balance of technology. We have thickened the rigidity of the die itself without changing too much shape. In appearance, they are sharp and fleshless.
As for the rear spoiler, we redesign the disassembly parts to highlight the details of each part while better assembling. We have developed exhaust according to the limited edition of the real car FI exhaust, and the metal texture has also been restored in this model car. The same matte black logo as the real car we did the details. We didn’t ignore all the details of license plate lamp, brake lamp and reversing image, but we restored them to the model body by technological means.
In real vehicle posture, in order to achieve the perfect effect, we obtained the inclination data through AK-Produce HCM, and finally achieved the effect presented in the present figure through assembly techniques.
In order to make the model car look shorter, we used to choose the flannel base, so that the tires could fall into the flannel cloth, after all, lower inches of tires, fewer flaws you can’t find. However, in this 50th anniversary edition, we achieved the best posture according to the data and coordination adjustment provided by LB, so we all used acrylic base in this 50th Anniversary Limited Edition project, but not a flannel base.
In order to restore the design of the engine room better, we used the German 0.2mm spray gun to paint the cabin. All the details inside the cabin were painted by hand, and the details of the spring were perfectly displayed.
In terms of product nameplates, we still use the only special-shaped nameplate in the world, highlighting the logo design of the Chinese brand. In the 50th Anniversary Limited edition, we use gold labels to face with global collectors. In terms of technology, we use screen printing. Instead of using the narrow-body acrylic in the past, we choose wider and larger acrylic platform, which has made a qualitative leap in both texture and weight compared with previous versions. As a result of the replacement of larger base, we have also changed the new product packaging, at the same time, the package is in octagonal sharp, while the surface texture is outstanding, each packaging box will be printed with the LBWK badge.
In order to let collectors know this wide-style story, we interviewed Mr. Liberty Walk Kato and produced a 32-page Trilingual (Chinese, English and Japanese) collection manual for collectors around the world to read. Each product will also be accompanied by a piece of FuelMe-exclusive car-cleaning flannel cloth. A special car sticker will be attached to the product. Collectors will collect and paste the 50th Anniversary Limited Edition stickers on the collection manual. After the manual is validated, they can exchange the Hidden Edition double car set.
