Nowadays, collectors from all over the world love 1/64 scale minicar for multiple reasons. You can get various colors with less money, you can make a scene with plural cars, or you can customize the livery yourselves…
In the past two years, FuelMe got a lot of feedback from our collectors, some of them provide us suggestions of choices of theme, some of them share their opinions of model arts. But the most seen comment is “Why FuelMe don’t push out 1/64 scale minicars?” It is indeed a good question. Why not?
We find the trend of 1/64 in Shizuoka Hobby Expo 2018. This scale is actually difficult for us, which has the main product line of 1/43 scale. Smaller scale comes bigger problem for us to build enough details. It took us a really long time to figure out how to keep the quality of 1/43 but make an 1/64. FuelMe make models, not toys. How to please our customers?
Earlier this year, there are rumors said FuelMe was considering to push out 1/64 models. We didn’t respond anything to this, because nothing was fixed at that time. We weren’t happy with our development back then.
But today, we can officially announce, FuelMe64 is coming!
We always focus on build characteristic cars with good stories, and would like to do something for Chinese car culture. Our 1/64 product line will still be the theme. Please support our new product.
As a starter of 1/64, we aimed Japanese brand Pandem. Its V3.5 kit for 86/BRZ is still hot.
The first three cars are all from China which tuned by FIST AUTO Beijing.
FuelMe 1/64 Pandem V3.5 Sakura 86/BRZ
This Sakura livery 86 is not new. It was our first 1/18 scale model. This time we match this livery to the V3.5 kit with bigger rear wing, sharper front wing and longer lip.
FuelMe 1/64 Pandem V3.5 Mingguzhai 86/BRZ
Mingguzhai was founded in 1905 in Nanchizi, Beijing. The owner of this rally blue BRZ is the 4th gen of Mingguzhai. He mixed Chinese craved lacquerware with a stylish tuned car.
Craved lacquerware is a traditional Chinese art which has a history of more than 1,400 years from Tan dynasty to Qing dynasty. During Ming and Qing dynasty, it has a big worth of art.
